Sir,
You must be aware that above named public servant has been an accused
of selling confidential national information to earn black money and
thus committing the most heinous crime on earth i.e. corruption. There
were so strong evidences against Sri Sadakant that CBI was compelled
to include his name in the FIR and search his Delhi Residence. This
shows criminal mindset of this public servant.
This Sadakant,while holding the post of Principal Secretary of Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh , was involved in the immoral act
of uttering administrative lies.
On 29-03-12, Mr. Sadakant, IAS & then Principal Secretary of
Social Welfare Department met one lady employee of that department
named Mrs. Shraddha Saxena through improper channel, received a
complaint from her against rule 27(A) of U.P. Government servants'
conduct rules and issued D.O. letter no. 1321/PSSW/2012 dated 30 March
2012. In this D.O. letter Mr. Sadakant has uttered that Government
G.B.Pant Polytechnic was then a reputed Government Educational
institute of Lucknow but the record available with me says that Mr.
Sadakant blatantly lied when he wrote that this institute as a reputed
institute at that time. Rs. 1416 Lakh purchase & maintenance scam,
Mess Scam, illegal appointments , Poor academic activities in the
said institute are enough reasons to establish that at that time said
institute was not a reputed institute at all. Not only this, During
the regime of this Sadakant, The said institute failed to get AICTE
approval for academic years 2011-12 & 2012-13. A technical Institute
which fails to get AICTE approval can not be said to be a reputed
institute rather it was a defaulter institute. This is noteworthy to
mention here that Mr. Sadakant is a co-accused with Mrs. Shraddha
Saxena in mess Scam.
Please get the matter enquired by appropriate authority to precipitate
the truth as to what lured an IAS officer of the stature of Principal
Secretary to degrade himself to this much low level and write white
lies in his D.O. about the said institute of his department by gross
misuse of power and take punitive action as per enquiry report.

जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि उत्तर प्रदेश में आवास
,सूचना, महिला और बाल कल्याण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव पद पर आसीन सदाकांत
भारत सरकार की सूचना चुराकर बेचने और जमकर घूस खाने के आरोपी है। सीबीआई
ने घोटालेबाजों के विरुद्ध दर्ज एफआईआर में इन महाशय का नाम शामिल कर
इनके घर की तलाशी भी ली थी। यह बात अलग है कि अब अखिलेश सरकार और सदाकांत
एक दुसरे के साधक-सिद्धक बन अपने-अपने हित साध रहे हैं।
[B]सदाकांत[/B] जब समाज कल्याण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव थे तब ये अनुसूचित
जाति के छात्रों की शिक्षा योजना के करोड़ों रुपयों के घोटाले और लाखों के
मेस घोटाले के आरोपियों से सांठगांठ कर मेरे विरुद्ध शिकायती पत्र
लिखवाया ताकि भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध मेरी आवाज को दबाया जा सके। यह पत्र
मेस घोटाले की मुख्य अभियुक्त महिला को नियमों से परे जाकर अपने कार्यालय
में बैठा कर लिखवाया गया था। सदाकांत की इस प्रशासनिक और चारित्रिक
अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में मैंने बीते दिसम्बर में प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव
से शिकायत की थी और इस मामले में इस महिला और सदाकांत के आपसी सम्बन्धों
की सीबी सीआईडी जांच की मांग की थी। मुख्य सचिव को प्रेषित पत्र और महिला
द्वारा मेरे विरुद्ध लिखे पत्र की स्कैन्ड प्रति संलग्न है। कोई
कार्यवाही न होने पर मैंने बीते जनवरी में उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को
पत्र लिखकर इस महिला और सदाकांत के आपसी सम्बन्धों तथा सदाकांत की इस
प्रशासनिक और चारित्रिक अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में सीबी-सीआईडी जांच की
मांग दोहराई है।

[B]You[/B] must be aware that above named public servant is an
accused of selling confidential national information to earn black
money and thus committing the most heinous crime on earth i.e.
corruption. There were so strong evidences against Sri Sadakant that
CBI was compelled to include his name in the FIR. This shows criminal
mindset of this public servant.
[B]This[/B] Sadakant, while holding the post of Principal Secretary of
Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh committed administrative
and moral irregularities also and that too by defying all prevailing
rules and regulations of the state.
[B]
As [/B]per documents obtained under RTI,on 29-03-12,Sri Sadakant
illegally met one Smt. Shraddha Saxena, an employee of Government
G.B.Pant Polytechnic Lucknow run under Social Welfare department and
illegally received a representation from her against rule 27A of
U.P.Government Servant Conduct Rules (through improper channel). I
have come to know through some RTI reply in which it is stated that
Smt. Shraddha Saxena took no permission from the Principal of the said
Institute and secretly met Sri Sadakant on 29-03-12. The said
representation was not sent to Sri Sadakant through proper
channel.Moreover the unusual format of representation creates doubts
and leaves clues of some unusual closeness between Sri Sadakant & Smt.
Shraddha Saxena, which, on the face of it appears to be more than a
Principal Secretary- employee of an institution under the very
department relations.
[B]
Such [/B]type of favoritism that too by defying prevailing rules of
the state ,to a female employee by the highest official of the rank of
Principal Secretary besides being anti-social is highly unwarranted,
detrimental to governance & Society. This raises doubts on moral
integrity of said IAS named SADAKANT and needs thorough investigation
by CB-CID to precipitate the truth behind Sri Sadakant's craziness to
take the said representation from Smt. Shraddha Saxena.
[B]Please[/B] get the matter enquired by CB-CID and take action as per
enquiry report.

irregularities of U.P. Cadre 1983 batch IAS officer Sri Sadakant.

[B]You[/B] must be aware that above named public servant is an
accused of selling confidential national information to earn black
money and thus committing the most heinous crime on earth i.e.
corruption. There were so strong evidences against Sri Sadakant that
CBI was compelled to include his name in the FIR. This shows criminal
mindset of this public servant.
[B]This[/B] Sadakant, while holding the post of Principal Secretary of
Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh committed administrative
and moral irregularities also and that too by defying all prevailing
rules and regulations of the state.
[B]
As [/B]per documents obtained under RTI,on 29-03-12,Sri Sadakant
illegally met one Smt. Shraddha Saxena, an employee of Government
G.B.Pant Polytechnic Lucknow run under Social Welfare department and
illegally received a representation from her against rule 27A of
U.P.Government Servant Conduct Rules (through improper channel). I
have come to know through some RTI reply in which it is stated that
Smt. Shraddha Saxena took no permission from the Principal of the said
Institute and secretly met Sri Sadakant on 29-03-12. The said
representation was not sent to Sri Sadakant through proper
channel.Moreover the unusual format of representation creates doubts
and leaves clues of some unusual closeness between Sri Sadakant & Smt.
Shraddha Saxena, which, on the face of it appears to be more than a
Principal Secretary- employee of an institution under the very
department relations.
[B]
Such [/B]type of favoritism that too by defying prevailing rules of
the state ,to a female employee by the highest official of the rank of
Principal Secretary besides being anti-social is highly unwarranted,
detrimental to governance & Society. This raises doubts on moral
integrity of said IAS named SADAKANT and needs thorough investigation
by CB-CID to precipitate the truth behind Sri Sadakant's craziness to
take the said representation from Smt. Shraddha Saxena.
[B]Please[/B] get the matter enquired by CB-CID and take action as per
enquiry report.

एक महिला कार्मिक के आपसी सम्बन्धों तथा सदाकांत की प्रशासनिक और
चारित्रिक अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में सीबीसीआईडी जांच की मांग की है|
उर्वशी ने प्रेस को जारी विज्ञप्ति में बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश में आवास
,सूचना, महिला और बाल कल्याण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव पर आसीन सदाकांत भारत
सरकार की सूचना चुराकर बेचने और जमकर घूस खाने के आरोपी है और सीबीआई ने
घोटालेबाजों के विरुद्ध दर्ज ऍफ़आईआर में इनका का नाम शामिल कर इनके घर की
तलाशी भी ली थी l अब यह बात अलग है कि अखिलेश सरकार और सदाकांत एक दूसरे
के साधक-सिद्धक बन अपने-अपने हित साध रहे हैं l
सदाकांत जब समाज कल्याण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव थे तब ये अनुसूचित जाति के
छात्रों के शिक्षण की योजना के करोड़ों के घोटाले और लाखों के मेस घोटाले
के आरोपियों से इस हद तक मिल गए कि मेस घोटाले की मुख्य अभियुक्त महिला
को नियमों से परे जाकर अपने कार्यालय में बैठा कर मेरे विरुद्ध शिकायती
पत्र लिखवाया ताकि भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध मेरी आवाज को दबाया जा सकेl
सदाकांत की इस प्रशासनिक और चारित्रिक अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में मैंने
बीते दिसम्बर में प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव से शिकायत की थी और इस मामले में
इस महिला और सदाकांत के आपसी सम्बन्धों की सीबी सीआईडी जांच की मांग की
थी l कोई कार्यवाही न होने पर मैंने बीते जनवरी में उत्तर प्रदेश के
राज्यपाल को पत्र लिखकर इस महिला और सदाकांत के आपसी सम्बन्धों तथा
सदाकांत की इस प्रशासनिक और चारित्रिक अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में सीबी

Supreme Court has refused to share with the public anything but the
operative portion of the report which was submitted by a three-judge
committee to the Chief Justice of India over a former intern's
allegations against Justice (retd) AK Ganguly.
Responding to an RTI petition by Lucknow-based activist Urvashi
Sharma, the apex court said that the proceedings of the committee were
part of an "in-house procedure" which cannot be made public.
"The disclosure of information and reports emanating out of a
self-evolved mechanism which is in the nature of an In-House Procedure
by the judiciary is expressly prohibited," SC said.
While refusing to provide the report of the three-judge committee, SC
cited Section 8(1)(b) of RTI Act which prohibits disclosure of any
information whose publication has been expressly forbidden by a court
of law or tribunal or the sharing of which may constitute contempt of
court.
"I write to inform you that the operative portion of the report
submitted by the committee of honourable judges is available on the
Supreme Court website," Smita Vats Sharma, Additional Registrar and
the CPIO of Supreme Court, said in the RTI reply.
The committee comprising justices RM Lodha, HL Dattu and Ranjana
Prakash Desai was constituted by CJI P Sathasivam after media reports
emerged in November last year that "a recently-retired judge" had
misbehaved with a law intern.

This is to bring to your notice that Govt. G. B. Pant Polytechnic of
Lucknow is the only technical institute in the India that is being run
by Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh since 1965 ,solely for
the upliftment of SC/ST & OBC category students and to bring them
into the mainstream of the society. Of the total students admitted in
this institute, 70% are SC/ST, 27% OBC & 3% are from unreserved
category.
You must be aware that AICTE approval is mandatory for admissions and
also for running of a technical institute but a RTI reply no.
F.No.-11-175(RTI/2013-NRO)AICTE/171 dated 08-05-2013, Signed by Dr. P.
K. Sahoo ,Director & Regional officer of AICTE Northern Regional
Office and sent to me clearly states that Government Govind Ballabh
Pant Polytechnic of Lucknow was not approved by AICTE for academic
Year 2011-12 & 2012-13.
I have come to know from other RTI papers that principal of the said
institute siphoned-off a hefty amount of public money in the name of
getting the institute approved by AICTE. Not only this, Secretary of
Board of Technical Education of Uttar Pradesh and Secretary of SANYUKT
PRAVESH PARIKSHA PARISHAD ( JEEC ) of Uttar Pradesh are (left and
right) hands-in-gloves with the fraudster Principal of the said
Institute in this AICTE-APPROVAL-SCAM as all of these officials
manipulated records and pretended as if the said institute was duly
approved by AICTE in the said academic Sessions.
Not only this, I am sure that Secretary of Board of Technical
Education is a co-accused in this fraud and his office is continuously
bribing Uttar Pradesh State Information Commissioner Mrs. Khadijatul
Kubra to delay the impart of information related to the this subject
matter to me. This needs thorough investigation as to what is
refraining Secretary of Board of Technical Education from looking into
the AICTE approval of the said institute and is taking no action at
all.
Not only this, Secretary of Joint Entrance Examination Council also
played foul and allotted more than approved no. of students to this
institute in previous sessions. The matter needs thorough
investigation as to what tempted him to induct more than approved
students to this institute.
These public servants are playing with the future of hundreds of the
SC/ST & OBC students and I have no hesitation to state that these are
wolves in the skin of sheep who needs to be separated and sent to the
jungle.
So please get an exhaustive enquiry ( covering all sessions including
present session) executed in these aspects and take punitive action
against the guilty.

Sir,
You must be aware that Govt. G. B. Pant Polytechnic of Lucknow is the
only technical institute in the world that is being run by Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh ,solely for the upliftment of
SC/ST & OBC category students and to bring them into the mainstream of
the society. Of the total students admitted in this institute, 70% are
SC/ST, 27% OBC & 3% are from unreserved category.
This complaint is about a lady teacher named Smt. Shraddha Saxena who
is posted as Lecturer-English in said Polytechnic who has no interest
in teaching/academic activities at all and never completed the course
of the only subject taught by her.
As per standard norms, there should be total 125 classes for
completion of subject named Professional Communication. In the
academic Session 2012-13, She took only 12 classes of the said subject
. She took 2 class each only on
07-09-12,15-09-12,28-09-12,12-10-12,15-10-12 & 15-01-13 therby
totalling 12 classes this means less than 10% of syllabus was covered
by her. This establishes that she has grossly failed to complete the
syllabus of the said subject in the said session and also proves she
has no interest in academic activities/teaching at all.
The picture of other sessions is also the same. This way she is
continuously playing with the future of SC/SC & OBC students and
ruining their future career prospects ruthlessly.
Non-Completion of syllabus and Taking no interest in academic
activities by a teacher is punishable under service rules also.
As a proof of the same, I am attaching a photocopy of attendance of
First Year Mechanical Engg. Students for the said session as taken by
Smt. Shraddha Saxena and duly verified by Principal of the said
institute.
So please get an exhaustive departmental enquiry ( covering all
sessions taught by said teacher) executed against Smt. Shraddha Saxena
and take punitive action against her.

Sri Raj Kumar Trivedi,Under Secretary & PIO of Social Welfare
Section-1, U.P. Government.
In his letter Sri Raj Kumar Trivedi has denied receipt of my Complaint
letters dated 18-09-13 (Refer point no. 1 & 2 of this letter) sent by
Speed Post & ordinary post respectively. Similarly Sri Raj Kumar
Trivedi has stated that though letter dated 05-09-13 (Complaint on
Notary affidavit) had been recorded in receipt register but is
untraceable.This is worthwhile to mention here that these three
complaints were related to illegal appointment,irregularities and
corruption of employees of the said department.
I am sure that the persons (as named in my complaints) have bribed
some personnel of Social Welfare Department of U.P. Government with a
conspire mindset to evade inquiry of crimes committed by them.
Please get the matter inquired to find the mole in the Social Welfare
Department of U.P. Government and punish , as per prevailing service
rules ,all conspirators involved in stealing the government record.
Also get a F.I.R. filed on the basis of enquiry report to book the
conspirators as per the law of the land.

Sir,
You must be aware that above named public servant is an accused of
selling confidential national information to earn black money and thus
committing the most heinous crime on earth i.e. corruption. There were
so strong evidences against Sri Sadakant that CBI was compelled to
include his name in the FIR. This shows criminal mindset of this
public servant.
This Sadakant,while holding the post of Principal Secretary of Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh committed administrative and moral
irregularities also and that too by defying all prevailing rules and
regulations of the state.
As per documents obtained under RTI,on 29-03-12,Sri Sadakant illegally
met one Smt. Shraddha Saxena, an employee of Government G.B.Pant
Polytechnic Lucknow run under Social Welfare department and illegally
received a representation from her against rule 27A of U.P.Government
Servant Conduct Rules ( through improper channel ). I have come to
know through some RTI reply in which it is stated that Smt. Shraddha
Saxena took no permission from the Principal of the said Institute and
secretly met Sri Sadakant on 29-03-12. The said representation was not
sent to Sri Sadakant through proper channel.Moreover the unusual
format of representation creates doubts and leaves clues of some
unusual closeness between Sri Sadakant & Smt. Shraddha Saxena, which,
on the face of it appears to be more than a Principal Secretary-
employee of an institution under the very department relations.
Such type of favoritism that too by defying prevailing rules of the
state ,to a female employee by the highest official of the rank of
Principal Secretary besides being anti-social is highly unwarranted,
detrimental to governance & Society. This raises doubts on moral
integrity of said IAS named SADAKANT and needs thorough
investigation by CB-CID to precipitate the truth behind Sri Sadakant's
craziness to take the said representation from Smt. Shraddha Saxena.

Sir,
You must be aware that Govt. G. B. Pant Polytechnic of Lucknow is the
only technical institute in the world that is being run by Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh ,solely for the upliftment of
SC/ST & OBC category students and to bring them into the mainstream of
the society. Of the total students admitted in this institute, 70% are
SC/ST, 27% OBC & 3% are from unreserved category.
This complaint is about a lady teacher named Smt. Shraddha Saxena who
is posted as Lecturer-English in said Polytechnic who has no interest
in teaching/academic activities at all and never completed the course
of the only subject taught by her.
As per standard norms, there should be total 125 classes for
completion of subject named Professional Communication. In the
academic Session 2012-13, She took only 12 classes of the said subject
. She took 2 class each only on
07-09-12,15-09-12,28-09-12,12-10-12,15-10-12 & 15-01-13 therby
totalling 12 classes this means less than 10% of syllabus was covered
by her. This establishes that she has grossly failed to complete the
syllabus of the said subject in the said session and also proves she
has no interest in academic activities/teaching at all.
The picture of other sessions is also the same. This way she is
continuously playing with the future of SC/SC & OBC students and
ruining their future career prospects ruthlessly.
Non-Completion of syllabus and Taking no interest in academic
activities by a teacher is punishable under service rules also.
As a proof of the same, I am attaching a photocopy of attendance of
First Year Mechanical Engg. Students for the said session as taken by
Smt. Shraddha Saxena and duly verified by Principal of the said
institute.
So please get an exhaustive departmental enquiry ( covering all
sessions taught by said teacher) executed against Smt. Shraddha Saxena
and take punitive action against her.

Pradesh Government, presently headed by IAS Sadakant, who is an
accused of selling confidential national information to earn black
money and thus committing the most heinous of crimes on earth i.e.
corruption. There were so strong evidences against this Sadakant that
CBI was compelled to include his name in the FIR. This shows criminal
mindset of this public servant. I think that as Samajwadi Party is
rewarding Sadakant, who is an accused of Government of India, I am
sure Sadakant is blindly supporting Samajwadi Party's dictums as a
sycophant officer to keep his high positions in Uttar Pradesh
Government to continue his corrupt acts and he is behind the said
undemocratic acts of covering speeches of Mulayam Singh Yadav and
other Samajwadi Party Leaders by Information Department of Uttar
Pradesh Government in its official press releases.
The communiques contain speeches of the Samajwadi Party's rallies held
in Jhansi on January 11, Badaun on December 20 and Mainpuri on
November 7.
Please get the matter enquired and punish the culprit or else

If there was some wrong reporting by media that went against the
Government or Samajwadi Party, Government or Samajwadi Party was free
to take legal recorse against the channels but Uttar Pradesh
Government's back door undemocratic attack to settle scores with media
on Samajwadi Party's whims & fancies has no place in democratic setup

3- My Complaint on Notary affidavit dated 05-09-13, addressed and sent
to Principal Secretary of Social Welfare Department of U.P. Government
vide Speed Post letter no. EU10464441 0IN dated 06-09-13.
4- Letter no. Su. Aa. 167/26-1-2013 Lucknow dated 17-01-2014 issued by
Sri Raj Kumar Trivedi,Under Secretary & PIO of Social Welfare
Section-1, U.P. Government.
In his letter Sri Raj Kumar Trivedi has denied receipt of my Complaint
letters dated 18-09-13 (Refer point no. 1 & 2 of this letter) sent by
Speed Post & ordinary post respectively. Similarly Sri Raj Kumar
Trivedi has stated that though letter dated 05-09-13 (Complaint on
Notary affidavit) had been recorded in receipt register but is
untraceable.This is worthwhile to mention here that these three
complaints were related to illegal appointment,irregularities and
corruption of employees of the said department.
I am sure that the persons (as named in my complaints) have bribed
some personnel of Social Welfare Department of U.P. Government with a
conspire mindset to evade inquiry of crimes committed by them.
Please get the matter inquired to find the mole in the Social Welfare
Department of U.P. Government and punish , as per prevailing service
rules ,all conspirators involved in stealing the government record.
Also get a F.I.R. filed on the basis of enquiry report to book the
conspirators as per the law of the land.

In his letter Sri Raj Kumar Trivedi has denied receipt of my Complaint
letters dated 18-09-13 (Refer point no. 1 & 2 of this letter) sent by
Speed Post & ordinary post respectively. Similarly Sri Raj Kumar
Trivedi has stated that though letter dated 05-09-13 (Complaint on
Notary affidavit) had been recorded in receipt register but is
untraceable.This is worthwhile to mention here that these three
complaints were related to illegal appointment,irregularities and
corruption of employees of the said department.
I am sure that the persons (as named in my complaints) have bribed
some personnel of Social Welfare Department of U.P. Government with a
conspire mindset to evade inquiry of crimes committed by them.
Please get the matter inquired to find the mole in the Social Welfare
Department of U.P. Government and punish , as per prevailing service
rules ,all conspirators involved in stealing the government record.
Also get a F.I.R. filed on the basis of enquiry report to book the
conspirators as per the law of the land.

Sir,
You must be aware that Govt. G. B. Pant Polytechnic of Lucknow is the
only technical institute in the world that is being run by Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh ,solely for the upliftment of
SC/ST & OBC category students and to bring them into the mainstream of
the society. Of the total students admitted in this institute, 70% are
SC/ST, 27% OBC & 3% are from unreserved category.
This complaint is about a lady teacher named Smt. Shraddha Saxena who
is posted as Lecturer-English in said Polytechnic who has no interest
in teaching/academic activities at all and never completed the course
of the only subject taught by her.
As per standard norms, there should be total 125 classes for
completion of subject named Professional Communication. In the
academic Session 2012-13, She took only 12 classes of the said subject
. She took 2 class each only on
07-09-12,15-09-12,28-09-12,12-10-12,15-10-12 & 15-01-13 therby
totalling 12 classes this means less than 10% of syllabus was covered
by her. This establishes that she has grossly failed to complete the
syllabus of the said subject in the said session and also proves she
has no interest in academic activities/teaching at all.
The picture of other sessions is also the same. This way she is
continuously playing with the future of SC/SC & OBC students and
ruining their future career prospects ruthlessly.
Non-Completion of syllabus and Taking no interest in academic
activities by a teacher is punishable under service rules also.
As a proof of the same, I am attaching a photocopy of attendance of
First Year Mechanical Engg. Students for the said session as taken by
Smt. Shraddha Saxena and duly verified by Principal of the said
institute.
So please get an exhaustive departmental enquiry ( covering all
sessions taught by said teacher) executed against Smt. Shraddha Saxena
and take punitive action against her.

जासं, लखनऊ : अक्सर उन लोगों से टकरा जाती हूं जो न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटक
रहे होते हैं.. बार-बार खुद से सवाल करती हूं कि न्याय मिलने की राह में
इतने रोड़े क्यों हैं? सच को जानने के लिए लोगों के सामने प्रक्रियाओं का
चक्रव्यूह सा रच दिया जाता है। लोग इसे तोड़ने की कोशिश तो करते हैं पर
कमोबेश सफल नहीं हो पाते। आखिर सच के साथ ऐसा छिपावा क्यों? जवाब खुद
तलाशने की कोशिश की और निष्कर्ष मिला सूचना का अधिकार। यह कहना है समाज
सेविका उर्वशी शर्मा का। आरटीआइ का प्रयोग करके वह सीएम से लेकर
प्रधानमंत्री आवास से जुड़े कई तथ्यों को उजागर कर चुकी हैं। 1राजाजीपुरम
निवासी उर्वशी शर्मा का सफर कुछ ऐसे शुरू हुआ कि किसी ने उन्हें समाज
कल्याण विभाग में अनियमित नियुक्तियों के बारे में जानकारी दी। नौकरी
देने में योग्यताओं को दरकिनार कर अधिकारियों द्वारा की गई धांधली की
सूचना जब मिली तो उन्होंने सूचना के अधिकार से जानकारी प्राप्त की और उन
सभी नियुक्त लोगों पर एफआइआर भी दर्ज कराई। अभी वह मामला न्यायालय में है
इसलिए उर्वशी कुछ अधिक टिप्पणी नहीं की। हाल ही में उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री
की बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना में हुए खर्च की जानकारी मांगी तो पता चला कि
कुछ साढ़े आठ करोड़ भत्ते में दिया गया और इस योजना के आयोजन में करीब
साढ़े 12 करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर दिए गए। जनता के पैसे को इस कदर पानी में
बहाया जा रहा है यह जनता को भी तो मालूम चले। जनता दर्शन पर मांगी गई
सूचना में पता चला कि समस्याओं का निस्तारण मात्र दो से ढाई फीसद होता
है। उर्वशी का कहना है कि जिस दिन अधिकारी खुद को राजा समझना छोड़ लोक

Sir,
You must be aware that above named public servant is an accused of
selling confidential national information to earn black money and thus
committing the most heinous crime on earth i.e. corruption. There were
so strong evidences against Sri Sadakant that CBI was compelled to
include his name in the FIR. This shows criminal mindset of this
public servant.
This Sadakant,while holding the post of Principal Secretary of Social
Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh committed administrative and moral
irregularities also and that too by defying all prevailing rules and
regulations of the state.
As per documents obtained under RTI,on 29-03-12,Sri Sadakant illegally
met one Smt. Shraddha Saxena, an employee of Government G.B.Pant
Polytechnic Lucknow run under Social Welfare department and illegally
received a representation from her against rule 27A of U.P.Government
Servant Conduct Rules ( through improper channel ). I have come to
know through some RTI reply in which it is stated that Smt. Shraddha
Saxena took no permission from the Principal of the said Institute and
secretly met Sri Sadakant on 29-03-12. The said representation was not
sent to Sri Sadakant through proper channel.Moreover the unusual
format of representation creates doubts and leaves clues of some
unusual closeness between Sri Sadakant & Smt. Shraddha Saxena, which,
on the face of it appears to be more than a Principal Secretary-
employee of an institution under the very department relations.
Such type of favoritism that too by defying prevailing rules of the
state ,to a female employee by the highest official of the rank of
Principal Secretary besides being anti-social is highly unwarranted,
detrimental to governance & Society. This raises doubts on moral
integrity of said IAS named SADAKANT and needs thorough
investigation by CB-CID to precipitate the truth behind Sri Sadakant's
craziness to take the said representation from Smt. Shraddha Saxena.

मुकदमा न दर्ज करने वाले कोतवाली हुसैनगंज के थाना प्रभारी को निलंबित
किये जाने जाने के लिये आरटीआई कार्यकताओं ने मंगलवार को गांधी प्रतिमा
पर जमकर प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यकताओं के समर्थन में ऐश्वार्याज संस्था की
सचिव उर्वशी शर्मा ने भी आवाज बुलंद की।
एसोसिएशन के सचिव अशोक कुमार शुक्ल ने बताया कि बीते दिनों एसोसिएशन के
वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष व आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता हरपाल सिंह पर सिंचाई विभाग के
प्रमुख अभियंता एवं विभागाध्यक्ष जयकरन व बलकरन द्वारा जान से मारने की
धमकी दी गयी, जब इस घटना की शिकायत थाने पर की गयी तो शिकायत तक दर्ज
नहीं की गयी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यही नहीं मुकदमा दर्ज करने के लिये धरना प्रदर्शन कर
सरकार को ज्ञापन भी दिया जा चुका, लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की
गयी है। शुक्ल ने कहा कि सरकार से मांग की है कि थाने पर शीघ्र मुकदमा
दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया जाये, तथा दोषी व्यक्तियों पर सख्त कार्यवाही की
जाये।
कार्यकर्ताओं ने कहा कि अगर पन्द्रह दिन के उनकी मांगों पर कार्यवाही
नहीं की गयी तो वह व्यापक आन्दोलन करने के लिय मजबूर हो जायेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था पूरी तरह ध्वस्त हो चुकी है।
आये दिन किसी न किसी आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता पर हमले किये जा रहंे हैं।

Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) when he filed an application
seeking information under the Right to Information Act regarding
establishment of IIM-L and its Noida campus.
"In the recent past, we have received a number of queries from fake
address/persons. In view of the above, we request you to please
confirm your coorespondence address so as to enable us to prepare and
send the reply to your query", said assistant central public
information officer, IIM-Lucknow.
"On the pretext of fake RTIs, IIM Lucknow is violating section 6(2) of
RTI Act by introducing a precondition of confirmation of address by
info-seekers," said applicant Sanjay Sharma.
This unnecessarily causes delay in providing information, said Sharma.

A remark reportedly made by the UP Health Minister has put officials of his department in great difficulty. They have been forced to look for 'goondas' among the government doctors in the state.
A senior health official, according to sources, has written to chief medical officers to furnish information about the 'goondas' among doctors in their respective districts as the information had been sought by a social activist under the Right to Information Act.
Health Minister Ahmed Hasan had, a few days ago, while speaking at a function, said that 20 per cent of the doctors in government service in the state are "goondas". He apparently was not satisfied with the functioning of the health services in the state, especially in rural areas.
A senior health official, according to sources, has written to chief medical officers to furnish information about the 'goondas' among doctors in their respective districts as the information had been sought by a social activist under the Right to Information Act.
Health Minister Ahmed Hasan had, a few days ago, while speaking at a function, said that 20 per cent of the doctors in government service in the state are "goondas". He apparently was not satisfied with the functioning of the health services in the state, especially in rural areas.
Urvashi Sharma, an RTI activist, took note of the minister's statement after it was carried in the press and filed an application under the RTI Act with the health department seeking information about 'goondas' among UP doctors.
"Hasan is the health minister. Whatever he says about his own department must be correct. I simply wanted to know about such doctors," Sharma told Deccan Herald. She said the health department did not give any information on her query. "There was no reply even when I filed the first appeal," she said.
She then moved a second appeal. "I have come to know that a directive has been given to the health department to furnish the information sought," she said.

Hasan is the same minister, who, a few months ago, had called Durga Shakti Nagpal, the IAS official who had been suspended for taking on sand mafia in Noida, "mindless" and a "liar" and had also tried to cast aspersions on her family.
Hasan also sought to question the official's family roots. "You (media) will know who you are supporting when we reveal which family she belongs to," the minister said without further elaboration.
"Hasan is the health minister. Whatever he says about his own department must be correct. I simply wanted to know about such doctors," Sharma told Deccan Herald. She said the health department did not give any information on her query. "There was no reply even when I filed the first appeal," she said.
She then moved a second appeal. "I have come to know that a directive has been given to the health department to furnish the information sought," she said.

UPSIC is biggest threat to RTI, says survey
LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission (UPSIC) is the biggest threat to Right To Information in the state. In a survey by an NGO supporting the cause of RTI in the state, more than 50% respondents said the biggest threat to the right to information in UP is the state information commission which is meant to safeguard the right.
