RTI exposes irregularities of the corrupt & shrewd Senior IAS officer Balvinder Kumar , Principal Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government’s Social Welfare Department

The corruption overpowers the Supreme Court order in Uttar Pradesh and
the constitutional authorities are mute spectator

The corrupt & shrewd Senior IAS officer Balvinder Kumar , Principal
Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government's Social Welfare Department
added one more feather to the corruption cap of Uttar Pradesh when he
passed an order on 18-01-2011 .

The matter came to light when one Raj Kamal Soni got reply of his RTI query .

" The order no. 243 of Social Welfare Section – 1 is unconstitutional
as it violates order dated 24-02-2006 of High Court Lucknow Bench ,
order dated 01-02-2008 and 06-05-2008 of Supreme Court of India. I
fought all these cases and I shall raise my voice against this
unconstitutional act of Government of Uttar Pradesh once again . I
think this chain of corrupt acts shall never end but I will not give
up. " , said Raj Kamal Soni , a fighter from Lucknow who is battling
hard to bring the issue of illegal appointments in Uttar Pradesh
Social Welfare Department to its logical end.
