The document I linked to is signed by the Secretary of the CIC, and
details that Dr Pathak will be part of the "core team at the CIC".

Now, if the core team consists of cartoonists and other assorted
jokers, you would have been much better off selecting Bal Thackeray or
his nephew instead.
