Dear Ravi & Bimal
I have read your letters
Lot of work on RTI is in offing.
Attitudes of State CIC is not in good taste.
Retired Judges/Babu, are the lots, who pass order in an
arbitrary manner,as if they are high court Judge/ chief Secretary.
Moily sahab need to be watched, as he is going to make a
provision in the Bill that if any one uses/misuses the detail of
assets of a Judge, he will be jailed for three years.
