Dear sir,
I have filed this case before the commission during 2008 for getting the Mutation copy of my site. I am observing all these days that the case is not considered with required seriousness of the RTI act. The case is simply posted to some other dates that too for longer period of adjournment. The commission has not taken action against the respondents despite refusal by the respondents for notice of the commission. The respondents are left free and adjournments are given to 6 months at a time and even such long adjournments are not given any fruitful results. I feel that , it is not the intention of the act. I being handicapped person requesting since beginning to dispose of the case early as per the notification order no.cic/legal/2007/006 dated 13.2.2008.But, the commission is not adhering to such instructions. I feel that the RTI act has become mockery.TO get a single document under RTI act, is it required to take years together . I hope the commission will understand the difficulty of the applicants and truespirit of the RTI act and dispose of the case early.
