Devendra is accused in FIR No. 176/14 U/S 504,506 & 507 IPC filed in Thana Para of Lucknow while Shraddha is accused in FIR No. 113/15 U/S 420/467/468/471 & 167 IPC filed in Thana Para of Lucknow.

Shraddha is from Gwalior district of Madhya Pradesh & Devendra is from Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
